Facilities, services and benefits of the property owner
Owners will enjoy a set of facilities that we emphasize next, subject to availability and
previous reservation:
The Clubhouse and Golf course:
The landlord - owner will have the right of membership for the use of the facilities of the golf
course "White Sands & Beach Resorts" paying an annual fee of USS1.000 per family.
Unlimited use of the clubhouse and all its facilities.
Payment only of the golf cart to play unlimited 18 holes (no payment per green fee).
25% discount in consumptions in Clubhouse dependencies.
25% discount in golf classes.
The Ocean Blue and Sands Hotels:
Day Pass or Night Pass: Adults US$25.00; Children (4-12 yrs): US$12.50.
Full Pass: Adults US$50.00; Children (4-12 yrs.): US$25.00.
25% discount in Daily Passes at the Ocean Blue and Sands Hotels.
- 25% discount in the all-inclusive plans at the Ocean Blue and Sands Hotels. This implies
limitless use of all the services of the hotel such as: drinks, foods in restaurants and beach
area, tennis courts, gymnasium, swimming pools, bars, discotheques, night spectacles,
aquatic sports, beach games, Volleyball, Basketball, Bow and arrow etc., as well as general
activities at the hotel.
At the Punta Cana Princess Hotel:
- Day Pass or Night Pass: US$35.00 p/p + taxes.
- Breakfast: US$12.00 p/p + taxes.
- Breakfast or Dinner: US$17.00 p/p + taxes

Apartment Community Expenses
The apartment community expenses, payable to WSG&BR, are estimated at US$100.00 in
monthly payments. This quota can be modified in accordance with changes in the rate of inflation
(in case of renting the apartments, the community expenses must be paid by the renter). It covers
the following services to be provided by WSG&BR:
- Swimming pool maintenance (it does not include spare parts and accessories)
- Cleaning of common areas
- Garden and landscape maintenance (it does not include replacement of plants)
- Maintenance and embellishment of common areas

LAGUNA GOLF Condos has in house facilities available to manage the property through a
BONPETRA, S.A. affiliate. These services will be optional, and available for a year upon the
completion of the construction. The management cost will be 10% of the rental amount.
